01 - 1/2 cup cold heavy cream
02 - 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup, plus extra for garnish
03 - 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
04 - 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - Pinch of salt

06 - 1 1/2 cups chilled cold brew coffee
07 - Ice cubes
→ Garnish (optional)
08 - Shaved chocolate or cocoa powder
# Directions:
01 - In a mixing bowl, add heavy cream, chocolate syrup, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
02 - Whisk the mixture with a hand whisk or electric mixer until it thickens slightly and soft peaks form. Avoid overwhipping.
03 - Fill two serving glasses with ice cubes.
04 - Pour 3/4 cup of chilled cold brew coffee into each prepared glass.
05 - Spoon whipped chocolate cream gently onto each glass of cold brew, allowing it to float.
06 - Drizzle additional chocolate syrup and sprinkle shaved chocolate or cocoa powder if desired. Serve immediately with a straw.
