# What You’ll Need:

→ Lemonade

01 - 3 cups cold lemonade, store-bought or homemade

→ Ice Cream

02 - 4 scoops vanilla ice cream

→ Cotton Candy

03 - 1 cup loosely packed pink or blue cotton candy

→ Garnishes

04 - Lemon slices, for garnish
05 - Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
06 - Sprinkles, for rim

# Directions:

01 - Moisten the rim of each glass with water or lemon juice and dip into sprinkles to coat, if desired.
02 - Place a generous handful of cotton candy into the bottom of each glass.
03 - Gently pour 3/4 cup cold lemonade over the cotton candy. Allow the cotton candy to dissolve, sweetening and coloring the beverage.

05 - Decorate with lemon slice and mint leaf, if desired. Serve immediately with a straw and spoon.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • You’ll have a drink that looks like a showstopper but comes together in less than ten minutes.
  • Mixing the cotton candy makes you feel like a kid again, and the cold lemonade keeps it all refreshing.
02 -
  • If you pour lemonade too quickly, the cotton candy clumps and disappears instead of swirling beautifully.
  • Garnishes need to be added just before serving or they’ll wilt and get sticky—timing really matters!
03 -
  • Keep lemonade icy cold; lukewarm lemonade makes the whole drink melt too fast.
  • Lightly pack cotton candy—too much and it turns clumpy, too little and the flavor doesn’t pop.
